Rules for Using Gift Certificates

A The Faces Gift Certificate may be used towards eligible services in accordance with the conditions stated on the certificate.
The Gift Certificate must be presented before payment.
The Gift Certificate is valid until the expiry date stated on the certificate.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
No cash refund will be provided for any unused balance unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the selected services exceed the value of the Gift Certificate, the guest must pay the difference.
Where a Gift Certificate has been issued for a specific treatment, The Faces may allow it to be exchanged for another treatment of equivalent value. Any price difference for a higher-value treatment must be paid by the guest.
Advance booking is required and appointments are subject to availability.
All appointments made using Gift Certificates are subject to The Faces Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling Policy.
In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before an appointment or a no-show, the value of the reserved treatment may be deducted from the Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers unless expressly stated otherwise by The Faces.
Lost, stolen or improperly used Gift Certificates may not be replaced unless The Faces is able to verify the original purchase and validity of the certificate.
